The First Aid at Work ( FAW ) Requalification course is a two day course, it replaces the FAW Requalification course that was approved by the Health and Safety Executive ( HSE ). The HSE no longer offer approval for any First Aid courses. The FAW Requalification course is only available to nominated First Aiders who already hold a current First Aid at Work qualification. This First Aid at Work certificate does not have to have been issued by us (i.e. Red Cross, St. John Ambulance etcetera FAW certificates are accepted).
We can take up to 12 people on a course although often it is less. The certificate is valid for 3 years and can be renewed by completing another 2 day First Aid at Work Requalification course.
The First Aid at Work course can be taken at your own venue or workplace ensuring familiar surroundings and no wasted travelling time for staff. It also enables us to run the role play scenarios in the environment in which the First Aid would be used making the course highly relevant and appropriate.
By booking your First Aid at Work Requalification course through us you have the additional benefits of a free PDF Student Manual, free weekly video refresher emails and we'll even let you know when it's time to renew your qualification!
HSE recommend that all First Aiders refresh their skills annually.
Call us on 01628 474960 to find out how you can do this through us online.
